Beautiful eyelashes

February 10th, 2007 by webmaster

As is known, eyes and eyelashes sharply react to polluted air, a dust and even on a make-up: eyes inflame and eyelashes become thin and lifeless… How can we protect them?
- It is necessary to do special procedures two times a day, in the morning and in the evening, for eyelashes and a skin around eyes. For the beginning we advise you to refuse from the soap. It is useful to wash rather with warm green tea or boiled water in the morning and then to humidify eyelids with a cream. In the evening, before night rest, you should clear eyes of a make-up. It is necessary to use only special means for make-up removing.
Before going sleep you should smear eyelashes with vitaminized balsams or oils for eyelashes and creams for skin around the eyes - they should be low-fat. Burdock, castor and rose oils contain in structure of the universal remedies for eyelashes and eyelids skin. The cream for the skin around eyes should be special. It is better to have two creams: one - gelatinous, and the second one - in the form of easy emulsion. In a warm season it is necessary to use a cream-gel in the morning, and in the evening - emulsion-cream. The rest of the cream should be carefully removed with a napkin - the cream which has remained for night, will inevitably cause puffiness in the morning.
How is it correctly to mass eyelids, rubring medical creams-balms?
- Massage is made with soft circular slight strokings by small pillows of fingers. You should start from an internal corner of an eye, then - to move on an upper eyelid in a direction to temples and on a lower eyelid and -again to a nose. Balms for eyelashes should be accurately rubred in edge of the eyelid by finger. Many modern balms and oils are issued in the form of transparent medical ink with a brush.
Preventive creams for eyelids and balms for eyelashes should be applied before the occurrence of the first wrinkles. If wrinkles have already appeared, choose creams with vitamins A, Е and liposomes.

Cosmetic peeling

February 9th, 2007 by webmaster

Despite of the age difference there are general rules of skin care and procedures which are necessary for all women.
Peelings are, certainly, on the first place. Each woman should regard peeling as natural as taking a shower in the morning. The so-known golden (either bronze, or chocolate) sunburn is an attempt of an organism to protect it from the harmful ultraviolet rays. So, the sunburn is keratin barrier to these rays. But it is also a barrier to all useful nutrients with which we try “to feed up” our skin, using various creams and cosmetic wheys. Therefore, buying a cream for 100 (and sometimes and more expensive) euro think over that in case at such keratin callousness presence on the skin (no matter, how nice it would be) only 5 % (or even less) of useful substances will be accepted by the skin.
How to raise the permeability of your skin? The answer is simple: make a peeling! Peeling is necessary for all women. Never try to save on this procedure; without a peeling any other influence will have much smaller effect, in other words, at least, a part of money you will throw out all for nothing.
What is the peeling? The mechanism of damage of the skin top layers removal by means of an acid is put into the basis of chemical peeling. In the result of this damage, protective and regenerative mechanisms of the skin are rejuvenated. Depending on depth of damage chemical peelings can be divided into superficial (within the limits of a horn layer), median (concerning all depth of epidermis, up to papillary skin layer) and deep (with damage of the papillary skin layer).
Don’t be mistaken - even a superficial peeling can’t be done at home. At home you will only carry out cosmetician’s recommendations on preparation for peeling or on after-peeling care procedures. It is only the expert who will manage to make competent diagnostics of your skin and develop your individual plan on peeling procedures.

The truth about warts (Part 2)

February 8th, 2007 by webmaster

Whether the treatment is possible?
The modern medicine gives wide enough spectrums of methods of destruction of warts and papillomas. For example, it can be the removal by means of liquid nitrogen (cryolysis) or by means of the surgical laser (ultraviolet laser). These operations are completely not terrible and are done frequently under local anesthesia. After procedure small wound, remained from a wart or a papilloma, heals within one-two weeks, and seams thus remain extremely seldom. But the advanced, effective and less painful for today is a method the radio surgical method based on high energy of radio waves. It is quite expensive, but it approaches for removal of peaked condilomas.
Certainly, there are many methods of treatment in national medicine. For example, smearing over a wart with a leather of a wood frog something from old medical products of our grandmothers can help to get rid of warts. Or for example, folk healers advise to drip on a tumor juice of an aloe, a thuja or celandine. These simple recipes help in many cases, but it is necessary to remember, that celandine, for example, - is a dangerous plant for the person, and nobody knows reaction of your organism to it. So, as a result of treatment the infection can extend only on an organism, and you receive instead of one some more new tumors.
In any case, treatment of warts on a body yet does not mean disposal of an organism from VPP, and the unequivocal and simple decision on the given question for today, alas, does not exist! To deduce VPP from an organism completely is extremely difficult- meanwhile it is not thought up a preparation for destruction of this virus, but essentially to reduce its concentration it is possible. As it was already repeatedly spoken, for this purpose it is necessary to strengthen immune system.
But it is not necessary to despair, that there is no miracle way for ever to get rid of a virus of a papilloma. Even if you know, that are the carrier of the VPP, you may get rid of warts, pass course of treatment and then observe rules of elementary hygiene - the virus living in you for certain will not be shown any more on a skin in the form of ugly tumors. Besides for strengthening immune system it is necessary to adhere to the balanced diet with the obligatory maintenance of vitamins A, C and E.

The truth about warts

February 7th, 2007 by webmaster

To all faults is a virus
Actually warts, papillomas and peaked condyloma are the virus disease caused by a virus of a papilloma of the person, or VPP. And that fact is interesting, that there are more people-carriers VPP, than at whom the virus is not present. The matter is that, if you are the carrier of a virus, but possess a high level of immunity, warts can not appear. But as soon as immunity is weakened (because of illness, shortage of vitamins, etc.), VPP starts to prove in the form of not too pleasant benign new growths on a skin. In total there are about 60 kinds papiloma viruses of the person, therefore tumors can be of different types. Some of these viruses can cause even malignant tumors.
It is almost impossible to stop spreading of VPP, this virus is transferred extremely simply: at contact to patients (for example, through hand shake), through subjects of a life, sexual by, at sorts, etc. In an organism it gets through a mucous membrane and then gets into a nervous fabric.
Warts, papillomas, condylomas
AS already it has been told above, VPP can cause various formations on a skin, not only warts. But even the last ones happen of several kinds. The widest circulation was received with three kinds: simple, plantar and flat. The first, the most widespread, look as small cambers with rough light grey or even a black-yellow surface, in diameter up to 10 mm. Plantar warts are more painful as they are formed on soles of the legs which are being constant friction with footwear. Flat warts are widespread much less and are represented as a yellow-brown nodule, usually arising on the face.
Papillomas are other benign tumors caused by the VPP. They are distinguished from warts with a presence of a small leg on which the head of a tumor fastens. Papillomas appear on a neck, the face or (more often) in armpits.
The third kind of tumors - peaked condilomas are difficult to be noticed. Usually they appear on mucous of external genitals. They can be easily defined by the touch; these are small inspissations, blebs of a pink color.
Groups of risk
There are many versions concerning what percent of the population of the Earth has warts on the body of. By different estimations, from 50 up to 75 % of people of our planet ever met this phenomenon, and simultaneously they are at even for 8-10 %. Perhaps, this is one of the most widespread skin diseases.
The virus “lives” in nervous fabrics of a human body, and the occurrence of warts on a body is directly connected with a condition of nervous system. Therefore a popular belief that «if to forget about “trouble” it will disappear», has some basis under itself. Nervous shocks, stresses and excitements, strangely enough, are one of the reasons of occurrence of warts. So, according to statistics, nearly 50 % of tumors disappear independently within two years.
Those who suffer excessive sweating are most subjected to VPP and those people on whose skin there are micro traumas, cracks and grazes, and also in the group of risk. In general, warmly and a moisture is a favorite inhabitancy of this virus. Therefore it can appear at those who carries inconvenient footwear and at whom whose legs sweat. In no event it is impossible to go barefoot in public baths and pools.
Basically all age categories are subjected to a virus of a papilloma, but the greatest group of risk is represented by children. So, almost 20 % of pupils have warts.

One wrinkle, two wrinkles

February 6th, 2007 by webmaster

If you are 30-40 years old …
Reaching the age of 30 years old, according to scientific data, hormonal activity of the woman starts to decrease. The skin of the face, in particular, now especially sensitively reacts to any changes in an organism. And any stresses, overeating and other excesses and troubles are immediately reflected in its appearance. Color of the face becomes dim and even grey, puffiness, wrinkles are more distinctly visible.
Therefore more careful care of the “matured” skin is necessary, rather than behind a young skin. Certainly, someone succeeds with genes, and at such women seems young even at the age 35 years old. But it actually just seems, because the nature can’t be outwitted. And sooner or later (if you still do not care about the time) age changes will overtake you, it will only be much more difficult to cope with them.
So, a peeling of the higher concentration for those to who are 30 years old is urgently necessary. And now it is especially obligatory, as serious peelings unequivocally possess rejuvenating effect, removing “unnecessary” layers of a skin and simultaneously “increasing” thickness of derma - in fact in the course of time it becomes thinner and thinner … Besides regular massage, both manual, and hardware (they can be alternated) massages are necessary. Massages allow to stimulate vessels owing to what there will be an outflow of a superfluous liquid and a skin becomes smoother, equal and elastic.
Sometimes some 30-years women already require the planimetric plastic of the face. The doctor enters special preparations into wrinkles on a forehead, around of eyes, nose folds etc. As the result, the skin is smoothed and looks younger. Also it is not necessary to forget about mezotherapy procedures, with the use of the concentrated means, and a course of 1 time half a year.
Home care assumes the use of the cosmetics intended for a skin of “average” age. It is a cream-lifting, a nutritious and, certainly, humidifying creams. Only now it is necessary to use a cream, instead of gel.
From 40 …
Cosmeticians advise 40-year-old women to do regular injections of hyaluronic acids which are necessary for a skin “in the age of 40″. It smoothes, supports necessary acid balance, a moisture. And it is also necessary once a week to visit cosmetic cabinet for various procedures: massage, lifting, etc. At the age of 40 years the more serious peeling is highly recommended. It stimulates development of own collagen - an element necessary for a youth of the skin. After this peeling the face looks fresh, young, tightened.
At home it is necessary to use necessarily “age” cosmetics with lightening effect, you should carefully feed your skin with creams and humidify it.

One wrinkle, two wrinkles

February 5th, 2007 by webmaster

If someone till now fondly believes, that in 25 years the skin of the face still does not demand care, makes a great mistake. Problems of ageing and withering of the skin are actual not only after 35. Even in 20 years it is necessary to start to look after the face in order to longer its youth. And then in 40 years you will not have urgently to run to the plastic surgeon.
If you are 20-30 years old …
In 25 YEARS it is much easier to cope with the first wrinkles. «Goose paws» in the corners of eyes and on a forehead should not frighten you. And it is impossible to not to pay attention to them. It is better to visit immediately the cosmetician in order to define, whether salon procedures are necessary or at the beginning it is possible to use only professional cosmetics. Here again there is a subtlety. In fact the cosmetician as anybody another, having investigated your skin, having defined its specific features, can pick up the necessary means. And some of them, probably, for you will be made directly in the cosmetic salon.
The unprofessional selection of creams is often fraught with aggravation of already present problems with a skin, the occurrence of the new ones and at the best- with the absence of the expected effect.
Each woman can recollect numerous failures with purchase of cosmetic means in shops or from hands. As someone can easily use extracts of creams of an animal origin, and someone can use only vegetative extracts. The density of a cream, its consistence, components - all this is important at individual selection. For example, it is possible to hammer a fatty skin with a poor-quality cream, and the skin will quickly inflame. With the fat and combined skin it is necessary to be extremely delicate.
What is good for a young skin? In the age till 30 years, when the skin more often is combined and fatty, professional chemical peelings, with fruit acids are good, but the percent of concentration should be low. By means of a peeling the top layer of the skin is removed, cells are updated. After the procedure it is necessary to humidify and vitaminize competently your skin. To make vitamins get deeply, special cosmetic devices are necessary.  If you are not 30 years old, (peelings, active masks, and hardware procedures) it is possible to do similar procedures not more often then once in 10-14 days. But the regularity is obligatory!
To take care after your skin at home you will need a humidifying cream or gel of an easy consistence (it is desirable that it was vitaminized), tonic with vitamins, and gel for taking care of the skin around of eyes.
(to be continued)

Oh, those tiresome cellulites…

February 4th, 2007 by webmaster

Elimination of visual features of a cellulites, or notorious orange peel, is considered as one of the most popular procedures in the modern beauty industry. Justifying a rank of a subject of man’s adoration, and also the object of envy of “lovely” girl-friends, woman’s hips and buttocks are simply obliged to be elastic and smooth as a peach, and to not remind an orange at all! Our problem consists only that we, women, want everything and at once.  In order to avoid surgeon’s scalpel and  management of the trainer, and (with easy movement of a hand) to put on exciting parts of a body a miracle cream and,  to find already today of what it was not dreamed till yesterday. But the most interesting is that such cream really exists, but how much is it miracle?
Why does the notorious effect of orange peel appear? There Ñ–s a set of the reasons - from the infringement of a metabolism up to a heredity, but manufacturers of anti-cellulitesseries most of all tend to proof the infringement of blood circulation that leads to developments of stagnation and as consequence, causes so not aesthetic effect. Therefore the primary goal of any cream or gel with a markanti-cellulites is the “delivery” of active components to problem zones with the purpose of restoration of normal micro blood circulation and lymph. We advise you to forget about unnecessary illusions and precisely to remember, that the given reception “works” only at early stages of cellulites while cells have not yet lost their working capacity. Only in this case you have all chances to suspend process of “orange attack to your gentle parts of a body and even to reduce their existing volumes which do not arrange you.
In order to make means work as anti-cellulites, they are fulfilled with the substances accelerating splitting of fats (lipolysis), and also with some components, improving microcirculation. Nowadays, the most popular anti-cellulites mean can be considered as a component made from brown sea seaweed, such as sea staff and fukus. Their main advantage is that they are the excellent stimulators of so-called I-receptors, responsible for deducing of a fatty fabric from the cells. We shall notice, that both sea staff, and fukus are widely used in the anti-cellulites cosmetic means, both for external, and internal application that is in the form of special tablets or capsules which are recommended to be accepted for achievement of the maximal result. In any case seafood helps to eliminate visual effects of cellulites, or the notorious orange peel, and it is considered as one of the most popular procedures in the modern beauty industry.

February 3rd, 2007 by webmaster

Usually ice for wiping is made independently of water or grassy extracts. But not all grasses approach for various types of a leather. Usual water from under the crane is not the best material for making ice. It is much better to use drinking, and it is even mineral water.

You may take one table spoon of grasses or their mixture and to put it into the glass of boiled water and to leave it for an hour. Then take the extract and spill it on formers for an ice and place in the freezing chamber. Such ice can be stored for a week.

Also for any type of the skin daily wiping by the frozen strong sheet black tea, certainly, without sugar is very useful.

Valerian is very good for normal type of a skin. It can be mixed with a plantain greater and yarrow ordinary. The violet three-colored, chemist’s fennel ca also be used. You may also use rice for preparing cosmetic ice for normal skin. But you should notice that it possesses small bleaching action. In this case the small amount of rice is boiled in a plenty of water without addition of spices. When the rice will completely boil soft, you should pass it through the sieve. The turned out liquid should be frozen and used to destination. Such ice can be stored for 2-3 days.
