From summer to autumn (Part 2)

October 26th, 2007 by webmaster

Skin dryness is shown in the form of peelings after washing. At first sight, it is paradox; however, do not hasten to do conclusions. On the one hand, secrets developed by sebaceous glands cover skin surface with impenetrable fatty film, which interferes with evaporation of a moisture. However, if the integument is dried strongly up, it simply has no moisture, ready to evaporation, therefore and grease film is not required.
To eliminate mimic wrinkles. If in the summer the skin has suffered from droughty stress, do not be surprised, even if in early age you will find fine wrinkles on the face. More often they are formed around of eyes, at more mature age - at corners of a mouth and on a forehead. Here the skin looks thin, lifeless. Mimic wrinkles often appear in those zones, where we especially often use obverse muscles for emotions expression. It is shown, for example, that we make almost 50000 movements a day; it is no wonder, that hypodermic muscles thus are strongly strained, it is difficult to relax them. Chronic stresses, and also free radicals, which are formed under action of solar beams, actively promote aggravation of mimic wrinkles. In this case an eternal question “What to do?” It is easy to resolve by means of special cosmetic means and vitamin diet.
To soften and to feed the skin. Condensed skin of the face is one more trouble, with which it is possible to collide after active summer holiday. It is considered, that under solar beams’ action the top layers of cells are dried up, become more dense and firm, and the skin becomes rough. What to do? The answer is quite easy- do not forget about peeling and masks.
To find rest and comfort. Autumn inter-season period is well-known not only the generous fruit-vegetable table, but also for the raised integument sensitivity. While consequences of solar stress have not receded, and the autumn already presents different weather surprises, the skin suffers from weather changes. You should not forget about whey, face massage and rest. Good luck.

From summer to autumn (Part 1)

October 25th, 2007 by webmaster

The summer has passed… We think of a winter wardrobe, and at the same time we reconsider our cosmetics. How to look after the skin in inter-season period and to smooth consequences of rough summer?
To “level” a shade of the skin. Rough shade of the skin is one of the most widespread problems which women face in the end of summer. Pigmentary spots - areas with raised production of a painting pigment of melanin. Active in the summer, solar beams leave especially many traces on a sensitive skin, especially at people with light and red hair, and also at women during pregnancy. In order to cope with pigmentation, it is necessary to reconsider a day time cosmetic diet, having replaced habitual gel or a cream with specialized means. Chamomile, nasturtium and a white blackberry extracts slow down pigmentation and bleach skin.
To revive. It is not a secret that solar beams (and sea water) ruthlessly dry up an integument. And, in the summer humidifying means are ineffective: under action of a heat the moisture quickly evaporates from a surface of the skin, not leaving chances for effective, deep humidifying. Inter-season period - is an excellent time for updating stocks of a moisture, in fact not so hot, at the same time there have not come yet frosts and a cold season which intensively drain an integument.

Ormonde Man - Ormonde Jayne

October 24th, 2007 by webmaster

Linda Pilkington has begun the perfumery career with creation of “the perfect aromatic candle” under the order of one of leading lux-brands. Then, in 2001, she has created brand Ormonde Jayne. Since then aromas Ormonde Jayne are creative leaders of the selective market of English perfumery: practically in each aroma rare or unique natural components are used.
At Linda laughed, when in structure of her first duet of aromas (Ormonde Man and Ormonde Woman) the note Canadian black hemlock has been declared. It was the first time, when this resinous wood was used in perfumery. Therefore Linda has decided to include it in structure - some nuances distinguished it from traditionally used components: pines, fur-trees, a juniper and a cypress, let alone a legion of synthetic molecules with wood aroma.
Other component Ormonde Man, aloe tree is also quite unusual. Though since ancient times it was used both by Arabs, and Japanese, and Chineses for making clothes and presents to deities - original wood-balsam aroma with medical accent is unusual for Europeans, and a rarity, gallop of quality and the high price of oil does not allow using it commercially. Here Linda managed to hide its medical mustiness, having left on a kind the bitter wood party and surprising stability.
Ormonde Jayne Ormonde Man (Linda Pilkington, 2003). Berries of a juniper, cardamom, a bergamot, pink pepper, a coriander; a tree of an aloe, Canadian black hemlock, a cedar, a sandal-wood tree, musk.

Diet and massage as a key to healthy hair

October 21st, 2007 by webmaster

In order that the diet was effective, nutrients should reach roots of hair. Often it happens so, that a pressure in the skin of head or fatty adjournment interferes with blood circulation, drying up skin and hair remain without a feed. By means of massage it is possible to remove a pressure and to improve blood circulation, and also to remove the rests of dry skin fat from roots of hair.
It is more useful to do massage with oil before washing hair. For this purpose vegetable oils are traditionally used. Grasses strengthen effect of massage, feeding and strengthening roots of hair and promoting their growth. It is highly recommended to use sesamseed oil or coconut oil as a base. It is possible to use oil from seeds of a pumpkin or almond, to add amalaki (the fruit growing in India), sandal-wood tree, jasmine, coriander in combinations or separately.
Before massage warm up oil, so that it would better get absorbed. Start to massage your head carefully, and then comb hair with a natural brush or nylon bristle with rubber tips. Wrap up a head into the warm towel for the night or even for 20 minutes. Nutrients much easier get into the skin, when the body has a rest. This procedure is very useful. It effectively eliminates the dryness, caused by coloring, a permanent wave, electro nippers, a hair drier, and promotes growth of new healthy hair.

Some words about hair

October 20th, 2007 by webmaster

Psychologists approve, that the hairdress creates unique image of the woman.
Numerous researches have shown that 80 % of men associate short hairstyles with insistence and aggression. And long hair remains a symbol of feminity, calmness and humility.
By the way, the same statistics speaks that 67,5 % of the female population of a planet very quiveringly concern to long-haired men. But in this case absolutely other psychological mechanisms operate. If (for the man) long female hair aggravates sensual imagination in female subconsciousness rough color romanticism blossoms. At a sight on long-haired man the maiden dreams of violent corsairs and brave knights come to life. Besides woman consider long-haired men more intelligent, clever and formed.
In order to make your hair dense, strong and shining, roots of hair should be strong, and a skin of a head - healthy and well-groomed. If skin - is a landscape, hair - is a high grass, which requires moisture, feed and strong roots.
The same as the drought and strong heat quickly destroy meadows, heat destructs hair. The sun dries up hair and overheats a head, weakening skin and roots of hair. For hair protection it is necessary to put on a hat or a scarf, especially if hair is blonde or red.
Superfluous heat in a head can lead to a premature gray hair and baldness. By the way, heat can accumulate in the field of top not only because of frequent stay on the strong sun, but also because of the excessive use of red meat, and also the intense intellectual activity.
