American cosmeticians give 10 practical advices:
1. Drink more water. Skin, as well as all organisms, requires humidifying. When you somewhere go, take a bottle of mineral water or green tea with you.
2. Use humidifying creams. It is better to put a cream for a night.
3. If in the winter your skin is strongly shelled, use scrubs and peelings.4. Use face creams on the basis of oils (their structure contains up to 80 % of cosmetic oils) as a basis under the make-up.
5. Don’t forget about sun-protection creams. Put cream SPF 15 each time before you go outside.
6. The skin of your hands also requires care. Buy a pair of good gloves so that you hands always were in heat.
7. Linen oil - is tremendous means. Use it in food - it will “humidify” your skin “from within”.
8. Take oil baths. Indulge your skin! Everyday during acceptance of a bath add some drops of oil jojoba or sweet almonds into the water.

We offer you some ancient recipes of curative baths, which have been successfully used by the European beauties for many centuries:
Calming bath: mix dried rosemary, thyme, lavender, basil, vervain, mint and add in this mix a pinch of the crushed valerian’s root. All herbs should be put into the linen and added into the warm water.
It is possible to try some other mixes - from herbal oils. For example: 10 drops of pink geranium oil, 5 drops of black narcissus oil, 5 drops of jasmine oil, 1 teaspoon of the crushed mint. Or: 5 drops of myrrh oil, 3 drops of patchouli plant oil , 3 drops of lavender oil.
Freshening morning bath: 10 drops of almond oil, 10 drops of rosemary oil and 5 drops of bergamot oil.
Rejuvenating bath: take a handful of red rose petals, 5 drops of ylang-ylang oil, 5 drops of black narcissus oil.
Romantic bath: a teaspoon of almond oil, 5 drops of violaceous oil, 5 drops of pink oil, 15 drops of lavender oil.
Relaxation bath: put a mixture of coriander and fennel into the linen bag and leave it in the bath, add carrots juice.
For sweet dreams: pour into the bath one tea the spoon of almond oil, 10 drops of lavender oil and 5 drops of marjoram oil or camomiles.

During pregnancy the hormonal background of the woman varies. It influences not only mood, but also the skin. Changes can be not predicted, one month the skin can be dry, the second - fatty, spots become more often. It would be desirable to note, that problems with skin is characteristic phenomena for the first trimester of pregnancy. Nevertheless it is possible to cope with these problems
Fatty skin
During the first trimester many women face the problem of spots, as the level of the certain hormones in blood sharply increases, the quantity of made skin fat increases.
Unfortunately, traditional means for spots treatment can’t be used during the pregnancy, especially in the first trimester as these three months are basic for child’s formation. So, you should avoid:
-any means sold without the recipe, containing vitamin A and also creams with retinol and antibiotics.
- decorative cosmetics, the clearing and humidifying means containing salicylic acid.
After the first trimester you can use cosmetic means of local action. Do not forget that humidifying and clearing means and decorative cosmetics should not contain fat.
The optimum plan of struggle against fatty skin:
- Use soft not drying clearing means two times a day.
- Use scrub three times a week which clears the face not chemically, but mechanically.
- Make clearing mask once a week.

Sea kale wrappings
Structure: 2 packs of dry sea kale, 2 liters of water - 60 degrees
How to prepare: add water to Dry sea kale (about 2 liters), the temperature of water should be approximately 60 - 70 degrees. Filter sea kale in gauze. Put the mass on the hip, wrap with polythene. Leave the mask for an hour. Sea kale contains mineral substances and vitamins, which restore structure of the skin, update cells and interfere with ageing.
Mask for growing thin
This mask interferes with cellulites.
Structure: 5 items of tablespoons of fresh grape juice, 1 teaspoon of honey, 2 teaspoons of any day time cream
How to prepare: mix 5 items of tablespoons of fresh grape juice with 1 teaspoon of honey and 2 teaspoons of any day time cream. Put the mask on the skin for 15 minutes. This structure is ideal as a mask for problem zones and it is perfectly combined with a campaign in a sauna.
Tonic for a breast
Structure: 1 tablespoon of rosemary, 1 glass of boiled water, 1 tablespoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of grape vinegar.
How to prepare: To make rosemary, then add salt and vinegar. Wipe off a breast and a zone of a decollete or put it in the form of compresses for some minutes. This mask perfectly tones up and improves blood circulation, smoothes roughness of the skin and struggles with ageing.

Orange mask
Mix 2 table spoons of cottage cheese with orange juice and one teaspoon of vegetable oil. Put mix on the gauze and leave it on the neck for 15-20 minutes. After removal of a mask wash neck with warm water. It is desirable to do such mask 2 times a week.
Potato mask
Boil 2 potatoes in jackets, peel it and mash. Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil and glycerin hot mashed potatoes. Put a mix on gauze and leave it on the neck. remove compress, a rinse neck with warm water or lime lotion (take 1-2 table spoons of flowers and fill it with 1 glass of boiled water and filter info 10-15 minutes) and put a cream info 30-40 minutes.
Egg lotion
Mix a yolk of 1 egg mix with 1/2 glasses of sour cream, add 1/4 table spoons of vodka and orange juice. Such lotion warns skin presenilation, protects it from wrinkles and flabbiness.
