Apricot
Action: removes inflammations, calms, feeds, deduces toxins, and also promotes cells’ regeneration.
How to use: to peel the apricots, to make porridge and to add sour milk in a proportion 1:1.

Banana
Action: feeds and tones up skin
How to use
* to mix received banana porridge with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice (it is ideal for a fatty skin)
* to pound banana, to add the spoon of milk and to mix.

Cowberry, cherry and currant
Action: freshen skin
How to use
* to pound the handful of berries up to porridge condition and to add a little potato or oat flours (1 part of a flour on 5 parts of berries)
* to squeeze out berries up to juice condition and mix it with honey (1:1).

Grapes
Action: smoothes, freshens and tones up
How to use: to take some grapes and to make so-called grape porridge and to put this mask on the skin of the face.

Strawberry
Action: humidifies, freshens, clears, feeds skin, promotes removal of pigment spots and freckles
How to use
* Pounded up to porridge berries should be put on the face (if you have very dry skin, it is necessary to add a nutritious cream into the mask)

Products, which cause spots

1. Coffee
Coffee increases development of a hormone hydrocortisone, which is responsible for stress. And it is one of the main reasons of spots occurrence in the middle age. Portions of sweet coffee on an empty stomach are especially dangerous!

2. Sweets and farinaceous foods
Sugar, chocolate, sweets, pies, cookies, chips and ice-cream cause occurrence of spots. And juices with the high maintenance of sugar have the same effect. Of course, it is quite difficult to refuse form all these temptations and it is not necessary to do it. It is better to search for compromises, replacing, say, insalubrious drinks with water and teas, and sugar - with dried fruits and honey.

3. Dairy products
it is not necessary to restrain itself in the use of the skim kefir, cottage cheese or milk, but the quantity of cheese or ice-cream needs to be reduced. Dairy products, owing to containing progesterone and steroids, strengthen activity of sebaceous glands.

Cosmetic ice - magic water for your skin

Use of cosmetic ice is much more effective, than morning washing. When you wash your face with the pieces of ice, the temperature of skin fabrics decreases, vessels get narrowed. After some period of time vessels extend, and blood starts to circulate acts more intensively. All these processes rejuvenate your skin - the tone raises, the wrinkles smooth. The skin gets healthy gentle-pink and natural color. Usually cosmetic ice may be bought, or made by you. Herbals make the procedure even more effective.
You should remember that not all herbals equally approach for various types of skin, and ordinary water is not recommended. We recommend you to use mineral water for preparation of a cosmetic ice.
There are also such herbal mixtures, which can be used for any type of the skin. These are chamomile, sage, mint, turn, St. John’s wort and lime color.
It is easy to prepare such universal herbal mixtures: take 1 table spoon of herbs, 1 glass of boiled water and leave it for half an hour. Then pour the mixture into the forms for ice and place in the freezing chamber. It is possible to store such ice no more than for a week.
The ice still can be made of berries - mountain ashes, cranberries, a cowberry, a guelder-rose, a dogrose. It is considered, that red fruits have a lot of vitamins.
For this purpose it is necessary to mix 3 items of the spoon of berries with 2 glasses of cold water. Leave the mixture for 2 - 3 hours and filter and freeze the liquid.

It is possible and it is necessary

* to grease lips with juice of an aloe.

Kiwi masks

It is not a secret that kiwi possesses wonderful properties and it is being widely used in cosmetics and culinary .Today we shall tell you about its external action: in fact this fruit also the fine cosmetician!
Vitamins, which are containing in it, and organic acids are very useful to the skin of the face: they possess not only toning up, but also medical effect, perfectly clear the skin, do its more elastic, tightened and young.

Clearing mask
Knead in mashed potatoes 1 fruit of kiwi. Put generously the received mass on the face. If the weight slightly tingling the skin, it means, that organic acids operate solitarily. Wash off the mask in 15 minutes. After that wipe the face with tonic and put a low-fat humidifying cream.

Nutritious mask

Mash a half of banana and 1 kiwi fruit of average size, mix it properly. For strengthening softening effect add 2 table spoons of natural yoghurt. Put the mask on preliminary cleared face. Wash off with warm water in 15-20 minutes.

Clear, nitrify and humidify your skin

After cold months your skin requires intensive humidifying. At washing do not use too hot or too cold water, water should be hardly warm. it is recommended to use the gels containing humidifying components instead of antibacterial soap or gel which usually, dry skin. After washing up put nutritious lotion or cream.

Self-made home wrappings are recommended for parts of body with the dense skin, inclined to dryness, such as hips, a shin, and the top parts of hands, buttocks and décolleté zone. Put on these parts a thick layer of a nutritious or humidifying cream or lotion, and then wrap it up with plastic foil. Cover with warm towel (or put on an old sweater or ski trousers) and lie down for 20-30 minutes. Then remove towels and a film and do the massage with the rests not absorbed lotion.

Elbows, knees and feet
During the winter the skin on your feet, knees and elbows has, most likely, coarsened. It is a high time to make a careful pedicure: first, to provide deep cleaning to feet, and secondly, to give to your feet a well-groomed kind. Soften the skin with a fat nutritious cream. There are no sebaceous glands on the feet, therefore, it quickly dries. It is necessary to fill this lack by means of cream and to put it daily for the night right after the evening shower or a bath. The skin on elbows and knees should be massaged and using of everyday nutritious cream is also recommended.
