The most important vitamin

March 5th, 2007 by webmaster

All vitamins are necessary for our beauty. But which of them is the most important?
Perhaps, vitamin A or Retinolum is a basic vitamin for the skin. It carries out a set of the major functions in an organism. Retinolum is necessary for formation, development of skin cells and mucous membranes of our organism. This vitamin provides normal moisture and updating of cells, accelerates processes of healing, stimulates formation of own substances in the skin, for example, it provides collagen formation. Such vitamin’s A feature is successfully used in structure of medical products at treatment of various skin diseases and for maintenance of nutritious and updating effect in cosmetic means.
Vitamin A is always added into cosmetic means in the form of various derivatives that provides best “penetration” into the skin for maintenance of necessary effect. For example, pure Retinolum in a complex with collagen Retinol oils are widely used for preparing of ani-age cosmetic creams.
Widely advertised rejuvenating effect of creams with vitamin A has already been proved. First of all, vitamin A in structure of a cream accelerates cellular updating and young sections take the place on the skin surface. Therefore the first effect which is observed at application of similar creams is the improvement of complexion.
Our skin consists of several “floors”. Three basic skin layers are: epidermis (the top layer), mesoderm (an average layer) and hypoderma (the deepest layer). New skin cells are formed in deep layers and in process of maturing move ahead to the top skin layer - to the epidermis. Such process normally lasts for about 28 days. Under the Retinolum and other substances with similar action influence the process of new cells formation is considerably accelerated, that is why cells have no time to grow old.
In cosmetology peeling on the basis of the Retinolum effect is done. The other vitamin’s A effect is increase in development of own collagen which so is necessary in struggle against skin ageing. Collagenic fibres is skin internal “skeleton”, it provides precise contours of the face which are, unfortunately, lost with the age. Collagenic fibres form a network located almost on all surface of the skin. Elasticity and a youth of the skin depend on these structures condition. At constant application of creams to vitamin A in structure of there is a gradual updating collagenic structures and fastening of this effect.
The ceams, containing vitamin A, are recommended for improvement of a complexion, disposal of any skin problem or wrinkles’ correction.

When milk happens harmful

March 4th, 2007 by webmaster

The messages that milk in general is harmful for the adults more often appear in mass-media. Why is it so?
The whole milk “opponents” approve, that at all mammals milk is drunk only by cubs. Only the human, growing old, continues to use it.
It is established, that many adult inhabitants of Asia, Africa, the Southern Europe and Latin America experience difficulties with digestion of this drink. The problem is that lactose - dairy sugar is badly acquired by their organism. And those substances which completely were not digested, become the reason of gastro enteric frustration, swellings of a stomach and a diarrhea. And ability to mastering milk is lost gradually, in process of person’s maturing.
However at the majority of of Northern and Central Europe do not face such problems. Dairy sugar is digested completely both in young and in old age by their organism. This feature is genetically caused. For this reason milk is so popular in these regions.
The second reason, on which milk has got in disgrace, is its high caloric content and high cholesterol maintenance.
But people grow fat not because of milk, but of the fat containing in it. Therefore the opinion, that milk is counter-indicative to elderly or fat people, is also incorrect. The person inclined to a set of weight, is recommended to choose milk with small percent of fat content - 1-1, 5 %, instead of 5-6 %. Then milk will bring only vitamins and health to the organism.

March 2nd, 2007 by webmaster

Before the operation it is necessary to define a kind and the size of an artificial limb together with the doctor. Today there are a lot of types depending on filling material. It can be cohesive gel, a physiological or oil solution.
Artificial limbs with a physiological solution or oil remind a natural mammary gland. At movement some women marked squelching sounds which were caused by the artificial limb with physiological filling material. At artificial limb environment break out, the contents pour out, but it is safe for an organism.
The cohesive gel is similar to a natural fabric of a mammary gland. That is important, because at a trauma or break the artificial limb gel does not flow out. Now the artificial limbs are filled with silicone; such artificial limbs are the most perfect and their full is safety even confirmed at pregnancy and breast feeding.
Victim of the beauty
The majority of women get accustomed to the artificial limb of a mammary gland; however, it can be toned away by an organism because of individual intolerance. Unfortunately, it is practically impossible to find out in advance whether the artificial limb will get accustomed or not. In case of tearing away it should be removed. Before operation the doctor by all means should inform you about all possible complications.
The artificial limbs manufacturers give a lifelong guarantee on their products. If something happens to the artificial limb, you will be offered a free of charge operation. Doctors say that women use artificial limbs for 8 12 years-without any problems.
The capsular contracture development (condensation around of an artificial limb) is one of the negative consequences of the breast augmentation operation. It is one of the possible organism’s reactions to an alien body.
Integrity of an artificial limb can be broken in the result of a trauma. It is necessary to tell, that a trauma of a breast is potential danger of all kinds of artificial limbs. In this case the artificial limb is being immediately removed.

Ideal breast (Part 1)

March 1st, 2007 by webmaster

Desire to have a breast of the correct form is quite natural. We buy expensive creams, we go on cosmetic procedures, we greedily study handbills and we trust in miracles of non-conventional medicine which ostensibly augment the breast. But in practice all these ways do not give desirable results. Certainly, it is useful to moisture skin of your breast with a good cream in order to keep it soft and elastic and it is also necessary to try a course of special medical products of the external action, modeling masks which will strengthen mammary glands, will raise their tone and elasticity. Nevertheless is practically impossible to change essentially the form of a breast or to augment it even on a half-size in such ways.
Breast augmentation by means of conducting the silicone gel is being widely advertised. It is necessary to concern with the big care to this procedure as gel can migrate in other sites of a body because unlike artificial limbs it is not concluded in an environment. Thus, if gel will be displaced (that inevitably) it will be possible to remove it only by surgical way. So those who hope thus to find a magnificent breast are extremely risking.
The oncologists are actively acting against the introduction of gel. At breast inspections concerning the silicone gel it is impossible to identify caner. The doctor cannot distinguish gel from a fibroma. Both roentgen and ultrasound show only the fact of change in structure of the breast.
Any plastic surgeon will tell that it is possible to augment the form of the breast only surgical way. This saving way refers to the endoprosthesis or the so-known mammoplastics.
Before the operation you should hand over a number of obligatory analyses, to remove the electrocardiogram and , if it is necessary, to execute some more required procedures. On preliminary consultation it is necessary to inform the surgeon on the earlier operations and available diseases of internal bodies, about all operations, made to you, and about the allergic reactions.

Appearance influences health

February 23rd, 2007 by webmaster

Experts have analyzed private affairs of graduates of law faculties, and have also estimated their appearance on a five-point scale
The people watching their appearance and making various cosmetic procedures on a regular basis have a good health and live even longer from those who do not pay any attention to the appearance. In scientists’ opinion, this phenomenon is quite explainable, and both from the physiology and psychology points of view. Earlier the scientists have also declared that beautiful people also earn more money, than their “average-looking” colleagues do.
People, who carefully look after their skin by means of various cosmetic creams and masks, are healthier than those who do not pay attention to their image. The researchers approve that, owing to this, life expectancy of people, taking care of their health and appearance increases.
Such results are connected with a number of different reasons. For example, the constant and competent skin care allows improving the activity of nervous system and a gastro enteric path, and any failures in the functioning of these organs affect an integument condition.
The other reason is explained by the fact that various cosmetic procedures help to improve appearance - and comprehension of the appeal, in turn, rises to the mood, that positively affects our health.
Besides it is natural, that the activity of our organism is anyhow shown on us in literal sense. The person watching over the health carries out preventive maintenance or solves arising problems in time without waiting when they will prove in the form of cosmetic lacks.
Thus, “beauty” and “health” are indissolubly connected. And the habit to care of skin and body means simultaneous and constant preventive maintenance of many diseases.
Besides it is not necessary to forget that the discontent with own appearance can lead to occurrence of diseases: the most part of illnesses is caused by the emotional reasons. Therefore, besides carrying out of procedures on physical improvement of the appearance, it is necessary to think about the emotional plan.
The confident in their appearance people feel comfortable and stronger. Such people become more successful. So, the experts from Texas and Michigan universities have analyzed private affairs of graduates of law faculties, and  have estimated their appearance on a five-point scale (1 - least, and 5 - the most attractive). Then they have contacted graduates and have taken an interest in their present incomes.
The result showed that in five years after reception of the diploma beautiful people earned on 10 % more, than the owners of usual appearance, and in 15 years, the incomes of attractive people have grown on 12 %.

What happens to a breast before and after the pregnancy?

February 20th, 2007 by webmaster

Physiological changes at women during and after pregnancy
1st trimester
Practically from the moment of conception the female organism starts to prepare for a birth and feeding by a breast. Many women notice the changes occurring to mammary glands even before to the first delay of menses. Thus, swelling of mammary glands can serve as the first signal, that you are pregnant.
Soon, the quantity of a fatty fabric in mammary glands and quantity of circulated blood, that promotes growth of dairy channels, increases. Many women feel some weight in the field of a thorax as the breast becomes harder. Veins on a breast can become more appreciable, dummies to increase, the prepapillary circle becomes darker.
How to facilitate the state at this stage:
Buy new bra.
Limit the use salt, as it keeps moisture and leads to puffiness.
2nd trimester
Approximately after achievement of the middle of term mammary glands get the necessary volume for manufacture of milk. Because of increase in volume there can be extensions or an itch.
Breast after a birth
Right after branches of a placenta the prolactin hormone, signaling mammary gland that is time to make milk, starts to be developed. Formation of milk is stimulated with the further sucking movements of the baby, therefore if you plan to nurse, start to it do as soon as possible.
With the advent of the milk the breast swells considerably, becoming heavy and may be covered with pimples and it can itch.
To facilitate unpleasant sensations, it is possible to do the following actions:
If you plan to continue to nurse, in the first some days reduce stagnation of milk to a minimum as it will provide good formation of new milk.
If you do not plan to nurse, it is recommended one day prior to a birth of the child and all next week to carry a rigid sports bra.
Whether the breast will return to its antenatal condition?
After you have taken away the child from a breast, the rests of milk will be absorbed by your organism. Dummies will come back to the former size. The breast also will come back to antenatal volume if you come back to antenatal weight. There is one “but”: the breast will not look so elastic as up to sorts, and nothing can be done here.

Why it is not necessary to be afraid of hormonal contraceptives (Part 2)

February 17th, 2007 by webmaster

Choosing hormonal contraceptives, you should:
•  To be surveyed at the gynecologist;
•  To pass US of a small basin (to be convinced of fibromyomas absence);
•  To hand over the analysis on hormones three times during the menstrual cycle (it will allow to make the full picture about all hormonal jumps and excitements of an organism);
•  To hand over the analysis of blood on coagulability as the majority of combined oral contraceptives (COCs) possess ability a little to reduce coagulability of blood, which can lead to bleedings at the latent pathology;
•  To visit the surgeon who will help to reveal varicose expansion of veins (at this illness hormonal contraceptives are counter-indicative);
•  To hand over the analysis of blood on sugar - reception of some preparations reduces tolerance of an organism to glucose, especially at the women having hereditary predisposition to a diabetes.
Only after that the doctor can define with a choice of a hormonal contraceptive, to accept which it is possible within five years, arranging every year 1-2-month breaks. It is done to not allow ovaries to relax. However, gynecologists warn: during breaks between receptions of COCs the woman should be extremely cautious - the “slept” appendages often enough put into operation with enviable activity, developing on 2-3 ovaries per one cycle. So be protected, if you do not wish to become parents cheerful baby.

Obvious advantages
•  Hormonal contraceptives will be good for married couples which do not wish to deal with diapers in the nearest future, but thus they entirely trust each other (this kind of contraception does not protect from the illnesses transferred sexual way).
•  Contraceptive pills will especially be recommended to the ladies suffering from premenstrual syndrome. The woman accepting them will not have hypostases before menses and other unpleasant feelings of this period.
•  Reception of COCs can relieve from menstrual pains. That is why gynecologists often appoint it to patients with painful monthly hormonal contraceptives as a medicine.
•  One of “by-effects” from reception of contraceptive tablets can become increase of breast.
•  To Hormonal contraceptives can solve other aesthetic problems: to stop superfluous growth of hair and to put an end to acnes.

Obvious disadvantages
•  Hormonal contraceptives can be used only by women leading a constant sexual life with one partner. COCs can’t be used by girls under 25 years and younger - their organism is still growing, so, the hormonal background undergoes constant changes. Having appointed contraceptive pills at such age, it is possible to provoke development of bareness.
•  Incorrectly chosen oral contraceptives can lead to excess weight.
•  Oral contraceptives do not work, if the woman has poisoned, accepted antibiotics or somnolent (some of these preparations reduce activity of hormonal contraceptives).

Hormonal contraceptives (Part 1)

February 15th, 2007 by webmaster

Only 15 % of women prefer contraceptive tablets. Hormonal tablets have appeared only about 10-15 years ago, and, as all the new, have been apprehended with mistrust and vigilance. The majority of female fears are strongly exaggerated, especially if to speak about hormonal preparations of the third generation.
Difficulties of a choice
The combined oral contraceptives (COCs) may be monophase, biphasic and three-phase. Monophase COCs contain a constant doze of hormones: what a tablet you have taken, quantity of operating substances in it same, as well as in previous. Biphasic COCs simulate ovulation, therefore the first 10 tablets contain an estrogen, and in minimum quantities, and the others 11 - progestin component. So biphasic preparations need to be taken precisely under the scheme and to not to be changed at all their sequence. Three-phase contraceptives gradually increase a doze of gestations and estrogen, leading up it up to a maximum in the middle of a cycle and reducing before the menses. It is difficult to say which of these medicines works more effectively, in fact each woman has her own particular features the cycle. For example, if the organism has got used to strong hormonal jump in the middle of a cycle, the monophase preparations calculated on menses cycle without differences, will not approach it. The three-phase COCs are more often subscribed to such ladies - they allow direct the ovulation under that regime to which the organism has got already used.
