Warts are one of the most widespread skin diseases. According to statistical data, practically 75 % of people have ever suffered from warts.
Warts are pale (under skin color) good-quality new growths with a rough surface of a virus origin. Various types of facial papilloma viruses are the main activator of the given disease.
Warts appear on stops of legs, elbows, fingers more often. As a rule, they disappear after a while (from 3 months till 2-3 years).
Warts are subdivided into some most widespread types:
Usual warts (these are dense 3-7 mm of formations with a rough surface. More often, usual warts infect fingers of hands, the face)
Plantar warts (these are the warts, which are localized on legs’ stops. They very much remind a callous and arise owing to carrying close, inconvenient footwear, the footwear, not giving opportunity a leg “to breathe”).
Flat warts (these are very fine round slug with a smooth surface, which often occur on the face of young men)
Preventive maintenance of warts
It is necessary to remember that the virus of warts prospers in the damp environment. For this reason it is not recommended to go barefoot in such public places as pools, saunas, baths, to use another’s towels, to carry close footwear from a leather substitute (it is recommended to have at least 2 pairs footwear on change that the footwear had time to dry out well!). Occurrence of warts is also promoted by cuts; fine cracks on hands, for this reason always carefully process the damaged sites of the skin.
Treatment
Along with every possible national means (a burning out vinegar, an extract of a tea tree, celandine), such are available also ways as:
- Laser coagulation;
- Electro coagulation;
- Applications by liquid nitrogen.
We recommend nevertheless trying to treat warts in the usual national ways of treatment and only in extreme measures to resort to more serious methods as after surgical measures there are scars, which (more often) can not be treated at all. Besides, you should remember, that any method of removal of warts does not guarantee that they will not appear again.

3. If additional greasing is required, use only a soluble cream in water or the gel intended for this purpose. Do not use some the greasing made on an oil basis, such, as vaseline, cocoa oil, margarine, cosmetic creams for a body or vegetable oilsб which can break integrity of rubber.

7. Do not give in to a panic and do not run into a hysterics in case, if you all the same have found out symptoms of venereal disease. Just go to the doctor and start to be treated. If you are married, inform about the probability of infection at home and convince them to go to the doctor. In many cases it is worth of analyzing, how you could catch the infection, and then try to inform all the partners about the illness.

It is paradoxical, but the majority of people prefer to shut eyes to probability of infection with venereal diseases, going to the doctor only, when symptoms become obvious. First of all, here a psychological barrier works: the person tries not to admit up to the last an idea that something goes wrong. The second reason relies in elementary deficiency of knowledge. As insidiousness of this category of diseases consists still and that in the beginning they can precede latently, not causing serious general frustration and even simply unpleasant sensations.
It is senseless to hope that someone can give you the recommendation for all occasions or an absolute safety guarantee. However, for the sake of own health everyone should know rules of intimate hygiene and observe some rules of protection from consequences of the disorder sexual contacts:
1. Limit you in partners and try to avoid casual sex with these people, if you are not assured of their full safety.
2. Use rubber condoms (instead of condoms, made of natural materials as viruses can get through their pores) together with a cream or the jelly, during each sexual relations until the term of your mutually monogamous intimate relations will reach, at least, three months. After that continue to use condoms until both of you will not hand over analyses for antibodies to a virus of AIDS. Though the condom does not give a full guarantee against infection with venereal illness, it is the most effective accessible means of protection against them.

Don’t use cosmetic soap for intimate hygiene.

Take an intimate shower at least two times a day. In an ideal it is, certainly, necessary after each visiting of ladies’ room. The group of scientists from Glasgow University has carried out a special research, which has been called to prove once again the advantage of antioxidants for an organism of the person. Antioxidants are substances which reduce destructive influence of free radicals - the basic source of illnesses and ageing - by cells of an organism. According to the results of the research, inclusion of fruit juices in a diet will help to lower risk of occurrence of different illnesses and diseases. Scientists have analyzed a chemical compound of several kinds of juices and have counted up the quantity of the antioxidants, containing in them. Researchers have found out, that the grape, apple and cranberry juices contain the high quantity of useful chemical compounds.
Special attention of scientists was turned on presence chemical compounds - polyphenols- in juices. Earlier it has been proved, that polyphenols, being strong antioxidants, destroy free radicals and help the people to be healthy and to overcome a lot of chronic diseases.
The results of research have shown that grape juice contains the greatest quantity of the diversified polyphenols, and also a lot of the antioxidants, equivalent to those, which were found out recently in red wines of Bordeaux.
Not all juices are equally useful. However, having included in a daily diet grape, apple with pulp and cranberry juices, you will increase the quantity of polyphenolic antioxidants in the organism, helping it to struggle against many chronic diseases.

Recently, The Psychology Today has published the list of products, which are the source of beauty and which motivate brain’s activity. In experts’ opinion, the products, most useful to a brain and, consequently, for the beauty are the cranberry, bilberry, beet, cabbage and spinach.
1. Cranberry. It is the richest source of antioxidants - substances which resist to so-called free radicals (FR). These are the molecules of different substances, which have no electrons, therefore they everywhere aspire “to bite off” a missing electron of other molecules. In our organism it helps to ruin cells, which have been attacked by the FRs, and to get rid of different illnesses. So, FRs are considered as originators of atherosclerosis. Antioxidants connect FRs and do not allow them to spoil the vessels supplying brain with a blood.
2. Bilberry. This product contains the same antioxidants, and also the substances, which are useful to visual acuity and hearing.
3. Beet and cabbage are approximately equal under the maintenance of the substances, capable to destroy enzymes which lead to development of senile dementia. These enzymes “cut” fibers on fragments, which form colloid corpuscles, which are destroying cells of the brain.
4. Spinach. Spinach keeps a youth of nervous cells, and it also promotes cognitive activity of the brain.

Physical exercises raise working capacity of the brain and stimulate formation of new neurones in brain’s parts in which age changes are connected with age decrease in memory. Such conclusions have been recently represented by the American scientists after they have compared the results of experiments with mice and data of researches with volunteers’ participation.
During the experiments with mice employees of the Colombian University estimated the intensity of a blood-groove in a brain of rodents by means of a magnetic-resonant tomography, and they have also studied cellular structure of the certain departments of a brain of animals.
The results of the experiments have shown that the appreciable increase in a blood-groove observed in mice’s hippocampus, exposed to the raised physical activities.
At the second investigation phase the scientists have involved 11 volunteers into the experiments. The volunteers were offered to pass a 3-month’s course of trainings at the sports club. In view of not having an opportunity of to lead the analysis of fabrics of a brain of participants, the researchers leaned on results of magnetic-resonant tomography.
The data of the experiments, carried out before and after a rate of trainings, have shown substantial growth of a blood-groove in a gear crinkle of the hippocampus - a part of the brain in which functions of memory are concentrated. The gradual decrease in memory, which occurred at the majority of people after 30 years, is accepted to be connected with age reduction of number of nervous cells in a gear crinkle. As the researchers mark, the increase in volume of a blood-groove was in direct ratio to achievements in sport of participants of experiment.
