Dirty hair may protect you

Dirty hair, probably, carry out the important protective function. The matter is that the secret of sebaceous glands intensively absorbs ozone - the active connection of oxygen capable in high concentration to bring serious harm to health of the person.
Such assumption was put forward by the American scientists from Missouri University. They influenced ozone samples of the dirty and purely washed up human hair.
As it was found out, within 24 hours of experiment, dirty hair absorbed on the average seven times more ozone, than pure.
Ozone is toxic at inhalation: in greater concentration it causes irritation of mucous respiratory ways and damages to lungs. The poisoning with ozone can lead to death.
However, the protective effect of dirty hair, up to the end not clearly has not been studied well: the additional researches lead by scientists, have shown, that in result of interaction with ozone in samples of dirty hair, flying ligaments, which are irritating respiratory ways, are formed.

Ice-cream: Frozen yoghurt or ice-cream?
It is considered, that yoghurts are very useful - contain alive bacteria and other benefits for health. However it is absolutely impossible, that “alive” bacteria could survive after long deep frosts. Besides, many frozen yoghurts contain as much, fats, sugar and calories, as usual ice-cream. Therefore it is not important, what you will choose - yoghurt or dairy ice-cream. And for reception of alive bacteria it is better to eat natural yoghurt.
Dairy desserts: Yoghurt or cottage cheese?

Vegetables for healthy eyes

In order to have healthy eyes, it is necessary to eat fruits and vegetables, which contain provitamin A - carotin. These are red pepper, red tomatoes, carrots, sea-buckthorn berries, fennel, parsley, peaches, apricots, mulberry, onions and others. Try, that any of the named vegetables, and even a little bit daily were present at your diet.
By the way, these and other plants can be used not only as products, but also as medical means.
Bilberry. It is known, that during the Second World War this berry was included into the daily menu of English pilots. The additive from a bilberry considerably raised acuteness of their sight, they quickly adapted to twilight. The matter is that bilberry contains not only carotin, but also other necessary substances for eyes: micro cells of pine forest, manganese, copper, the titan, chrome.
Napiform onion. Doctors recommend to use onion with the medical purpose 2 - 3 times a day or to drink juice from it - a teaspoon 3 times a day.
Sweetflag. In general, it is quite easy to prepare medicine from sweetflag root and rhizome: take 15 grams of raw sweetflag and fill it with 0,5 liter of boiled water, wait until cooling. Take this medicine by one table spoon 3 - 4 times a day. Course of treatment takes 3 - 5 weeks.
Red beet. Mix 80 - 100 grams of juice of beet with 2 spoons of carrots juice. Take it 1 - 2 times a day during a month.

Apple vinegar

Thousand years the person widely used vinegar (the turned sour wine) as the flavoring additive, a medicine and cosmetic means.
In India palm juice remains the most popular source for preparation of vinegar. But everywhere it is marked as a medicine for healing wounds, burns, bleedings, stings of snakes, from gangrene, from faints and to it even ability to resolve firm tumours - fibromas and cysts is attributed.
Vinegar can be grape, rice, crimson, etc. But pear vinegar remains the most interesting from all other kinds of vinegars. And that is why in America dietitians use vinegars. It is approximately the same well-known there, as in the Europe and Mediterranean. Inhabitants of state Vermont differ by surprising health and long living. Scientists, certainly, have become interested in it, and the result was more than surprising. The only thing that distinguishes them from other inhabitants of America is that they very much love… apple vinegar. It is the real cocktail from useful micro cells: in total scientists have counted more than 30 important vitamins, enzymes and pectin - heart defenders.
Now under medical supervision in clinics of the United States and Japan apple vinegar is used even for treatment of gastritises of a stomach, otitises, and it is also used for disinfection of hospital surfaces. Green magic

Green tea prevents occurrence and development of such serious disease as cancer, some aspects which testified that green tea is capable to create not less surprising things have been found out.
Recently interest to diabetes and ability of green tea to increase sugar has again increased.
However, there is one more important fact about which those who likes green tea should know. From reception of such tea some people can have allergic reactions; from - for maintenances of caffeine, everyone, who has problems with heart, can drink no more than 2 cups of tae a day. Pregnant or feeding mothers should not drink a lot of green tea.
Here are the basic characteristics for green tea:
- Netto Sencha has pale flavovirent color and it is good in a combination to food reception.
- Gyokuro is less fragrant, than sencha and has more pleasant taste.
- Organic Fukamushi cha has grassy, slightly sweet taste.
- Matcha knits a little and encourages.
- Hoji cha has dark amber color. It is possible to drink it, both hot, and cold. Maintenance of caffeine is low.
- Genmai cha is combination of sencha, the crude rice (genmai) and a little matcha and this tea has delightful exciting taste of barley and rich green color. Genmai cha has very low caffeine maintenance.

If morning is not so good…

The problem of early wake-up in morning (and if you sleep a little) is the best way to spoil the mood from the very beginning of day. It is especially actual in winter.
The chronic stress, aggravated by caffeine and dissatisfaction from lowered working capacity, is capable to generate a lot of diseases. Situation is especially unfavorable, if your director prefers to ask the subordinates to come to work earlier. Do not recollect all those troubles which may disturb you within the day. Try to make your morning as pleasant as possible. Here are some useful recommendations:
- think of clothes since evening. Clean footwear; think what you will eat for a breakfast! New day which begins with a yesterday’s dirt, hardly will develop successfully.
- use the programmed musical center for waking up - favorite music will sound pleasantly and comfortably and will create good mood.
- buy an alarm clock - but not the one, which cracks, buzzes or peeps so disgustingly. There are the alarm clocks with pleasing sounds of a sea surf, rainbows or polar lights on a ceiling. It will help to wake up softly.
- if you have an important meeting in the morning, ask somebody from friends or relatives to wake you by phone.
And here are some more checked up ways:
- A cool toning up shower.
- A cup of fragrant tea. Morning coffee removes drowsiness for short time, but you will feel sleepy within the working day. Tea operates more effectively.
- Vigorous sex.

Laughter is the best medicine

The official medicine does not deny beneficial influence of laughter on health of the person and even starts to apply it near to classical methods. The Japanese doctors use laughter therapy as a complex treatment of different illnesses and mark reduction of terms of recover even in case of such serious disease, as tuberculosis.
Optimism, skill to not lose hope and to not lose courage helps patients to recover and return to normal life. Two men of 60-62 years have transferred identical operation - removal of a malignant tumor of intestines. The first patient, having learned, that the tumor was malignant, but it has been thrown out, was delighted, including, that the cancer was left behind.

Scientists approve, that the fear, constant alarm, frequent stresses and long depression cause an exhaustion endocrine systems, promotes occurrence of different pathologies, progress of already existing illnesses.
Laughter and positive emotions have absolutely opposite action. They promote development of natural morphing-like drugs - hormones of pleasure, good mood, so-called endorphines. They reduce sensitivity a pain, promote processes of clearing of an organism from slags, strengthen immunity, and improve work of all organs of the body. Our mental reactions are connected with development of some other chemical substances: adrenaline, which tones up vessels, mobilizes resources of an organism for active action, and serotonin, which “answers” for good mood (insufficiency of this substance causes state of fear and depressions).
