Jeweler house Mikimoto has signed the agreement with Japanese fashion designer Yohji Yamamoto about creation of a joint collection of jewelry for the glorified House. So, two Japanese brands, having united the forces, will create a collection from 20 subjects, in which the main role will be given to the pearls - Mikimoto’s visit card.
The mass-media Mikimoto house representatives have noted that the pearls - is a symbol of female perfection, and it is a real a unique material in the jeweler world. The company has become famous owing to the special attitude to pearls and has won faultless reputation in the world of design, manufacture and sale of fine jeweler ornaments from this material, therefore, as it seems that Yohji Yamamoto was not mistaken in a choice of partners.
The collection from 20 subjects will be presented in three lines, and its official debut takes place within the Week of haute couture in Paris, which will be held in July 2007. As it has become known, products from a new collection will be accessible in Yohji Yamamoto firm shops and Mikimoto boutiques in November, 2007.
It is necessary to note, that this cooperation is not the first operational experience with eminent designer for Mikimoto Company. So, in 2001 the jeweler house has let out a collection of design ornaments which has united talents at once several known fashion designers such, as Oscar de La the Rent Belief, Mikimoto etc.

This note was offered by founders of immortal Vetiver by Guerlain in 1959.
Vetiver has strengthened the positions in modern perfumery, having reminded of itself in such aromas as Kenzo (Kenzo Air), Serge Lutens (Vetiver Oriental) and Frederic Malle (Vetiver Extraordinaire), therefore his returning it can be regarded as the new tendency of 2007.
Prada will present all miniatures of the aromas in one set: Prada Woman, Prada Eau de Parfum Tendre, Prada Intense and Prada Man.
The idea to unite all the main smells in one set has been also supported by Nina Ricci. Collection Les Parfums Collection will include Coeur Joie, Fille d’Eve, Capricci and Farouche aromas. All spirits are placed into Lalique bottles.
Tom Ford debuts with Black Orchid aroma. This aroma can be described as aroma with notes of a black truffle, bergamot, sparkling citrus, a black currant, a jasmine, a black orchid, a spicy flower and fruit chord, wood of a lotus, vanilla, balm and sandal tree. Before this, Ford has already cooperated with perfumery-cosmetic brand Estee Lauder, having created Youth Dew Amber Nude aroma.

Last year boutique of new perfumery brand Etat Libre d ` Orange in Parisian street Rue des Archives, in the house with promising number 69, has been opened. The event is not the most unique one- there are so many new brands in the world and almost 700 new aromas are being introduced every year! However art-director Etat Libre d’Orange by Etienne de Swardt was earlier known as the author of the concept of aromas for dogs (Oh, My Dog!), and then and cats (Oh, My Cat!). It he who has proclaimed revolution in perfumery world: “Perfume has died! Long live perfume!”. And then- that the present orders of the fashion industry do not allow perfumers to express their desires and that it is the high time to take down everything old and to erect something new…
The names of first eight aromas have at least confused and have simultaneously drawn attention to their master. These are the so-known Encens et Bubblegum, Putain des Palaces, Vraie, Eloge du Traitre aromas. It seemed, that something has got into Etienne’s head and dictated him how to live and what to do! However newly appeared “enfant terrible”- the French perfumery- knew what he exactly wanted to create.
All his aromas, except for new legends, are created by the best perfumers of Givaudan Company, known for making “aromatic hits” for Hermes, Armani, Gucci, Cartier, Calvin Klein and other trade marks.
Aroma Vraie Blonde has been developed by Antoine Maisondieu, whose aroma on creation was inspired with cinema images. Cinema is an art of bright characters, strong passions and contradictions. The present blonde, on Antoine’s representation, is a platinum temptation, the woman, who brings light into gray everyday lives.
Aroma completely corresponds to the exaggerated image of the blonde from the Hollywood cinema. It is a sweet and fresh aroma. It, as well as all Etat Libre d ` Orange aromas, exists only in Eau de Parfum concentration and stays with you till next morning.

Dark blue

Christian Dior comes back to classics by offering a new man’s aroma Fahrenheit 32. The novelty will appear on sale in April as a part of a years collection, which will also include scented water J`adore with the new formula, scented water Miss Dior Cherie and limited release of Dior Addict 2 Summer Peonies. Besides, the release of absolutely new female perfume is planned for autumn-winter of 2007.
The only man’s aroma in collection, Fahrenheit 32, is positioned as perfumery “opponent” of ardent predecessor Fahrenheit, which was firstly represented in 1988. Having borrowed the name from temperature at which water turns to an ice, Fahrenheit 32 is described as fresh aroma with initial notes of colors of the orange, passing in “heart” from vanilla.
The toilet water (50 ml and 100 ml) is accompanied by release of accompanying products: a deodorant-stick, a deodorant-spray, balm after shaving and a shower gel.
French actor Arnaud Valois on a background of an ice landscape was shooted in Dior’s advertising campaign.
As to female aromas, the updated Miss Dior Cherie will appear in March-April and will consist of fresh green bergamot notes, an orange, a lily and patchouli. New J`adore’s version is to be represented in April, and a Dior Addict 2 Summer Peonies - in May.
