Sunburn causes problems

American and British scientists prove that safe sunburn simply does not happen in the nature. Sunburn is a painful protective reaction to influence of ultraviolet, and there is nothing good in a pursuit of bronze skin color.

The matter is that the ultraviolet provokes damage of DNA, and it is a direct way to development of cancer diseases of skin. Damage of DNA causes cellular mutations, and they, in turn, lead to fast ageing and development of a cancer.

According to the World organization of public health services annually about 60 thousand people die of reception of a high doze of ultraviolet.
And so many people die of cancer, provoked by unlimited sunburn. Many young men simply ignore this information in pursuit of beautiful bronzation.

Communication between cancer diseases and melanoma - one of the most widespread forms of a cancer of skin - is known already for a long time. But recently scientific have found out, what even small dozes of a sunlight lead to mutations in cells and to changes in DNA structure.

Dermatologists consider that the information that sunburn is useful during acceptance of solar baths (because of vitamin D) only confuses trustful citizens. In fact for development of this vitamin minimal doze of sunlight is enough, it is incomparably smaller, than we receive, sunbathing on a beach or in sun deck.

By the way, the myths that sunburn in a sun deck is less harmful, than under the southern sun, is also discredited. Now physicians demand, that teenagers under 18 years were forbidden to visit sun deck.
