Fish diet for your skin

Many women struggle with problem of ageing and try to find any ways to make skin look younger and elastic. The salvation of problem is quite simple - regular fish menu. This measure is much more effective, than expensive cosmetics and numerous operations.

It is also recommended to drink at least two liters of mineral water a day and to exclude from your everyday menu confectionery products which only age skin.
