People, especially anxious by a healthy way of life, spent a lot of money on purchase of the goods in specialized supermarkets, where the products, which have been grown up without application of pesticides and fertilizers, are on sale.
Their cost is almost half above usual, but the matter is whether these products are really pure.
There are a lot of disputes concerning this question - so, in Holland scientist have lead a series of researches, which subject became vegetables and the fruits, which have been grown up without artificial fertilizers and were consequently considered more useful. Results of researches have shown, that on quantity of vitamins and minerals they differ nothing from ordinary products.
“Organic” colleagues contain the same quantity of nutrients and minerals, however, their cultivation manages is on third more expensive. Thus “ecologically pure” products are rather popular in the Western Europe. Only in the Great Britain last year owing to imaginary advantage the profit from sold “ecologically pure products” has made 4 billion dollars.
In scientists’ opinion, pesticides are not so dangerous to human’s organism and organic products - is no more than an advertising gimmick.
