Fruit-berry masks

Apricot
Action: removes inflammations, calms, feeds, deduces toxins, and also promotes cells’ regeneration.
How to use: to peel the apricots, to make porridge and to add sour milk in a proportion 1:1.

Banana
Action: feeds and tones up skin
How to use
* to mix received banana porridge with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice (it is ideal for a fatty skin)
* to pound banana, to add the spoon of milk and to mix.

Cowberry, cherry and currant
Action: freshen skin
How to use
* to pound the handful of berries up to porridge condition and to add a little potato or oat flours (1 part of a flour on 5 parts of berries)
* to squeeze out berries up to juice condition and mix it with honey (1:1).

Grapes
Action: smoothes, freshens and tones up
How to use: to take some grapes and to make so-called grape porridge and to put this mask on the skin of the face.

Strawberry
Action: humidifies, freshens, clears, feeds skin, promotes removal of pigment spots and freckles
How to use
* Pounded up to porridge berries should be put on the face (if you have very dry skin, it is necessary to add a nutritious cream into the mask)
* To pound half-handfuls of berries, to add the spoon of cottage cheese or sour cream and to put on the face for 10-15 minutes (ideally for dry skin).
