Retinol action: Retinol turns arrows of internal clocks back. It concerns also roughnesses of skin relief, both pigment spots, and propensity to superfluous keratinization and other age changes mentioning the face and body.

Problem 4: skin ageing, photoageing

Retinol action: one more pleasant opening is that vitamin A interferes not only into natural (biological) withering, but also photoageing under action of artful ultraviolet. It noticeably smoothes wrinkles, makes active synthesis of collagen and elastin - structural fibers of the skin, raises its elasticity and improves structure.

In natural sources and in the organism vitamin A exists in different biochemical variants. These are the retinol, retinal, retinol acid, ethers and retinol aldehydes. All of them contain only in products of animal origin - a liver (especially cod’s liver, and also other sea fishes’ and animals’ liver), a butter, egg yolk, creams, and cod - liver oil. What about carrot? Beta-carotin, which is a part of many vitamin complexes, is the most known component. Besides carrots it contains in apricots, leaves of a parsley and spinach, pumpkin and other vegetables and fruits of warm shades - from orange up to scarlet and claret.
