Do not pour out potato broth!

Where do you put broth in which cook a potato? - most likely, you pour out. And it is absolutely vain, as water, in which the potato was boiled without salt, is very useful.

Potato broth contains huge quantity of calcium and other mineral substances; it removes hypostases and supports work of heart. It is so imprudently to pour out such valuable broth.

For restoration of the weakened organism vitamins A, C and groups B are required. Many of them can be found in potato peel. Therefore it is recommended to drink a glass of warm potato broth (the potato should be cooked in a peel) 3 times a week. This means is effective both at intellectual, and at physical overfatigue.

Besides, it is good cosmetic means - compresses from potato broth o have exclusively favorable influence on skin of hands.
