Pistachios for female beauty

Many girls sitting on diet cautiously exclude nuts from the diet because of their high caloric content. And it is vain! Nuts are rich in fiber and rare minerals, which support beauty and youth of female body. For example, pistachios are excellent antioxidants; they contain the whole eight minerals, necessary for health and perfectly satisfy appetite. And nuts also contain so much magnesium and iodine. The filbert helps in struggle with veins varicose, the peanut calms nervous and cardiovascular systems, the almonds strengthen hair and nails, and cashews reduce cholesterol. For this reason nuts should be present in each woman’s diet.
