Vegetables for healthy eyes

In order to have healthy eyes, it is necessary to eat fruits and vegetables, which contain provitamin A - carotin. These are red pepper, red tomatoes, carrots, sea-buckthorn berries, fennel, parsley, peaches, apricots, mulberry, onions and others. Try, that any of the named vegetables, and even a little bit daily were present at your diet.
By the way, these and other plants can be used not only as products, but also as medical means.
Bilberry. It is known, that during the Second World War this berry was included into the daily menu of English pilots. The additive from a bilberry considerably raised acuteness of their sight, they quickly adapted to twilight. The matter is that bilberry contains not only carotin, but also other necessary substances for eyes: micro cells of pine forest, manganese, copper, the titan, chrome.
Napiform onion. Doctors recommend to use onion with the medical purpose 2 - 3 times a day or to drink juice from it - a teaspoon 3 times a day.
Sweetflag. In general, it is quite easy to prepare medicine from sweetflag root and rhizome: take 15 grams of raw sweetflag and fill it with 0,5 liter of boiled water, wait until cooling. Take this medicine by one table spoon 3 - 4 times a day. Course of treatment takes 3 - 5 weeks.
Red beet. Mix 80 - 100 grams of juice of beet with 2 spoons of carrots juice. Take it 1 - 2 times a day during a month.
