Premature gray hair

The reasons of occurrence
The premature gray hair can be caused by:
•Nervous shock,
•Deseases,
•Hemaden functions infringement,
•Lack of vitamins.
Gray hair appears at the age of 35 - 40 years, and amplifies in 50 - 55 years. Gray hair can begin from roots of hair and gradually rise above, but sometimes dark hair drop out, and gray-haired grow on their place. Premature gray hair differs from senile only by time of occurrence. At different people senile gray hair comes at different age, therefore, it is very difficult to distinguish it from premature.
Prevention
Here are some premature gray hair occurrence preventive measures. It is recommended to:
•Have quiet and measured way of life,
•Avoid everything, that leads to a nervous breakdown: intellectual over fatigue, a nervous pressure, strong experiences,
•Avoid over consumption of alcohol, coffee and tea.
•Pay attention to normal sexual life.
Coloring of hair is the only way to get rid of premature gray hair. By the way gray hair adds charm to many women, emphasizing favorably their individuality, skin freshness and shine of eyes.
