Apple vinegar

Thousand years the person widely used vinegar (the turned sour wine) as the flavoring additive, a medicine and cosmetic means.
In India palm juice remains the most popular source for preparation of vinegar. But everywhere it is marked as a medicine for healing wounds, burns, bleedings, stings of snakes, from gangrene, from faints and to it even ability to resolve firm tumours - fibromas and cysts is attributed.
Vinegar can be grape, rice, crimson, etc. But pear vinegar remains the most interesting from all other kinds of vinegars. And that is why in America dietitians use vinegars. It is approximately the same well-known there, as in the Europe and Mediterranean. Inhabitants of state Vermont differ by surprising health and long living. Scientists, certainly, have become interested in it, and the result was more than surprising. The only thing that distinguishes them from other inhabitants of America is that they very much love… apple vinegar. It is the real cocktail from useful micro cells: in total scientists have counted more than 30 important vitamins, enzymes and pectin - heart defenders.
Now under medical supervision in clinics of the United States and Japan apple vinegar is used even for treatment of gastritises of a stomach, otitises, and it is also used for disinfection of hospital surfaces. One coffee spoon of vinegar and honey, diluted in warm water for half an hour before meal, is the best medicine from the mentioned above diseases.
