How to restore beauty after holidays (Part 1)

December 15th, 2007 by webmaster

Celebratory celebrations mean fun, high-calorie cakes, alcoholic drinks, and frequently and sleepless nights.
Step 1. Alcohol dehydrates skin that affects it rather badly. Therefore try to drink as much water as possible: green tea, various herbal teas.
Besides make a humidifying mask. For this purpose take 2 cucumbers, grate and mix them with 3 table spoons of kefir. Put on the face, a neck and area of a decollete. Wash with off cool water.
And by means of tea warm bags it is possible to get rid of bags under the eyes, simply having put them on blepharons (these bags should be cool). For these purposes it is also possible to use sage (the dry sage in bags can be bought at any drugstore).
Step 2. Now it a high is time to think about the body. Have a warm bath. Put some spoons of food salt and 0,5 liters fat creams into the water. Take a bath no more than for 15-20 minutes.
After water procedures it is a high time for making own body scrub:
Coffee scrub: mix coffee and yoghurt in a proportion 1:3. Leave this mass for 5-10 minutes.
Salt scrub: buy in a drugstore the crushed sea salt and mix it with creams (1:3) and massage skin for 3-5 minutes (if you don’t have sea salt it is possible to use table salt of a fine grinding).
Scrub should be put only on well cleaned skin. The warm bath will strengthen blood circulation, will open pores and will soften skin, and scrub will clean off dead cells.
