The Japanese tradition to drink green tea has arrived from China long time ago. It has started when the monks who have left to China for reception of new knowledge, have come back to Japan and have brought tea as a medicinal drink.
Besides the properties, notwithstanding the fact that green tea prevents occurrence and distribution of such serious disease as a cancer, some aspects which testified that green tea is capable to create not less surprising things.
Nevertheless there is one more important fact about which those who uses green tea should know. Sometimes reception of such tea can cause allergic reactions; because of caffeine maintenances, everyone who has any heart diseases, can drink no more than 2 cups a day. Pregnant or feeding mothers should not drink green tea in lots.
Gathering to try green tea, it is necessary to learn a little about its basic versions:
- Netto Sencha has pale flavovirent color and it is good in a combination with food reception;
- Gyokuro is less fragrant, than sencha and has more pleasant taste.
- Organic Fukamushi cha has grassy, slightly sweet taste.

- Genmai cha is the combination of sencha, the crude rice (genmai) and a little matcha, gives this tea delightful exciting taste of barley and rich green color. Genmai cha has very low caffeine maintenance.
