In order that the diet was effective, nutrients should reach roots of hair. Before massage warm up oil, so that it would better get absorbed. Start to massage your head carefully, and then comb hair with a natural brush or nylon bristle with rubber tips. Wrap up a head into the warm towel for the night or even for 20 minutes. Nutrients much easier get into the skin, when the body has a rest. This procedure is very useful. It effectively eliminates the dryness, caused by coloring, a permanent wave, electro nippers, a hair drier, and promotes growth of new healthy hair.
