Why do we associate bad mood with autumn? The matter is that in autumn the organism is reconstructed. If in the summer we easily satisfy famine with fruits and vegetables, in autumn the situation changes: our organism requires more energy and…additional calories.
It is not necessary to oppose it, as if you will make violence over you and will eat low-calorie food, you will fell worse and worse: you will have a feeling of internal discomfort and autumn depression. Therefore it is better to relax, having forgotten about any diets, and to eat your favorite food, but in reasonable quantities.
Many people feel that their working capacity reduces in autumn. Its OK, it should be so. In fact till that time of electricity, people lived according to sun rhythms: they got up with sunrise and went to bed with sunset. And what has happened now? We may get up in the afternoon and we may continue to work late in the evening.
we do not call you to finish your work and to go sleep just after the sunset. But if you are overcome with a somnolence and drowsiness, it is better to stop working and to have a sleep. And so the decrease in working capacity, caused by seasonal changes, would not harm your career, try to start your working day with the most responsible business.
