Pumpkin in cosmetology (Part 1)

Pumpkin is rich in carbohydrates, vitamins (C, Ð’1, Ð’2, PP1, E and carotin); they contain quite high percentage of dry substances, sugar, starch, mineral salts. Simeon contain 36-52 % of fat oil.
It is an excellent toning up means for all-types of skin. Mixture from the mashed pumpkin and juice is put on a gauze napkin or on the face. A compress should be kept for 15-20 minutes, and then it should be removed and washed with cool water. Do this procedure 2-3 times week, duration of one course makes 15-20 compresses.
It is also possible to prepare excellent cosmetic masks for face from pumpkin.
For all types of skin
Add an egg yolk and a teaspoon of honey into the mixture from three table spoons of boiled pumpkin. Put a warm mask on the face until it has not cooled down for 15-20 minutes, and then wash it with cold water. After such mask the skin of the person becomes freshened up.
For a dry skin
Take 2 table spoons of a boiled pumpkin and shake it up and mix with the table spoon of olive or other vegetable oil. Put a mask on the face for 20 minutes, and then wash it with cool water.
