Laugh at your fear or enemy
Draw the fear or the ill-wisher, and then deride it. For example, your boss is a terrible despot. Represent him in the best possible way - strict, harmful, and threatening by dismissal. And now “mock” at him: add moustache, bloomers, color his lips and put him in cage near to gorilla. Try to use all your imagination, write «Help hungry animals» above the cage etc. And draw yourself (smiling or dancing), standing next to your boss. Try to put all your anger, dissatisfaction and hatred into the picture. Or you are afraid of driving. Then imagine yourself driving - big and beautiful car, and the other drivers are just small insects and beetles on the improvised road. And police stops you and gives you…a bouquet of flowers. In a similar way you clean your negative installations because before eyes you will have an equivalent picture where you remember yourselves in full safety.
Well-known pictures
The special attention should be paid to painters and pictures with active color rendition. It would be much better, if the plot of the picture would not be intricate: a landscape or abstraction. Try to study the picture slowly and carefully. What feelings or thoughts are coming to you? Dream up. Think about bad and banish it in the past, think about good and fill the future plans with it.
