Draw pleasure
If recently you have felt melancholy and weariness, depressive ideas start to attack you, so, it is a high time to get rehabilitated. Take color paints, pencils or felt-tip pens and draw the pleasure. It can be both a high-grade picture, and symbolical object, event of the past or an expected surprise in the future, the main thing is that during this moment you though of something really good. During drawing your positive potentials, which not only are capable to improve mood, become more active and they will obligatory push to active productive actions. A ready picture can be put on a desk. Looking at it, you will always think only about good.
Realize your “dream”
You have aspirations, dreams or plans on work, but you cannot start their realization in any way… Maybe you do not have enough time for thinking up the scheme of actions. This happens to everyone. Someone wishes to buy a car, someone plans long-awaited holiday, and someone cannot agree on the grandiose transaction. And the problematic here is that the more you postpone “dream” or desire, the less chances you have. So, create! Draw your desire, blind or make a collage. For example, wish to buy a car? Cut out its image from magazine, paste the photo, add friends, a smart table and champagne. The picture will remind you of your dream and it will stimulate to search for ways to realize it.
Destroy the problem
When you have a trouble - unfortunate contract or the spoiled holiday - take a sheet of paper, a pencil or clay or plasticine. Think what your problem is and start to represent it. It can be a simple plasticine ball, and the whole plot with characters on the paper. Try to enclose from all forces in your hand-made article all rage, insult, indignation. As soon as you materialize the pain in a real kind, it will start to recede. In the end you will need to get rid of it. The clay figure can be broken or thrown out, figure or a paper may be burnt, and ashes may be thrown out.
