Many of us feel somewhere depressed, feel psychological tress and weariness. It is possible independently and without the help of the psychologist to get rid of this feeling.
The art-therapy - therapy by art or by means of expressive means and it is necessary for the independent analysis. The matter is that images of art creativity reflect all kinds of unconscious processes, including fears, internal conflicts, childhood memoirs, i.e. all those phenomena, which form the person.
Make spontaneous figure
Sit down in silence, disconnect phone, and switch off light. Take a sheet of paper and a pencil. Close your eyes, relax and start to think about what you feel, what disturbs you, about your recent experience. Sit so for minutes 5-7. And now, not opening eyes start to draw: let your imagination draw everything you feel. It can be something concrete (a landscape, mountain, the sun), and absolutely abstract (circles, spirals, lines). The main thing is to listen to the hand. In result, without dependence from your consciousness, all pains, experiences, fears, pleasures and hopes - all should appear on the paper. Have you finished? So, have a rest. Then turn on the light and look, what you have drawn. Try to analyze, on what it reminds, recollect the emotions during the drawing, what associations caused you to draw these elements of the figure. This will allow you understand hidden sides of your soul as everything hidden and unknown will become obvious and clear.
