Diet for sunburn

People with pale skin should be more careful with the sun rays. Their skin contains less melanin and it is more exposed to sunburns, it easily burns there and becomes covered with bubbles and starts “to fade”. However, now there are a lot of cosmetics, which protects skin from undesirable sun.
In order to become covered with smooth chocolate sunburn, they should prefer the products, containing beta-carotin: carrots, tomatoes, sweet pepper and apricots.
But do not forget, that excessive stay on the sun ages the skin and causes development of a cancer. It is possible to be protected from an ultraviolet, eating the products rich with selenium: milk, bread, meat, seafood and cucumbers.
And in any case, you should not forget to strengthen immunity vitamins E and C. All these vitamins contain in almonds, a filbert, citrus, fresh greens and red berries.
