Excesses are harmful and it is senseless to argue with it. Excesses in application of cosmetic means, and their misuse are even more harmful. In fact to get rid of consequences of these mistakes is very difficult. It is not necessary to test the beauty for durability.
You should know that it is harmful:
1. To change color of hair too often
Certainly, TV stars change color of hair almost every week. But have you ever though what money they pay in it for it and more often it is just a wig.
Discoloration up to the most blonde color especially spoils and dehydrates hair. If you wish to clarify hair only on one-two tone, it is possible to do it time in 6-8 weeks without special harm for hair. If you want more radical changes, try to be clarified on one-two tone every month, yet you will not reach a desirable shade.
Painting in dark tone is less harmful, than clarification as you simply add of paint to your hair, instead of deprive it with its own pigment. In dark colors it is possible to be painted time in 4 weeks and at use of paints without ammonia - each three weeks.

2. To go to bed with make-up
Even if you did not put on make-up within the day or any other hygienic cosmetic means, a lot of dirt and skin bacon has collected on the skin. They cork pores of the skin, interfering with receipt of oxygen and not allowing the skin “to breathe”. And this leads to occurrence of spots, puffiness, an earthy complexion and even inflammations. Position is even more aggravated, if you go to bed, not having washed off a make-up.
