The recipe of healthy hair

Healthy brilliant hair - is a parameter of health of your organism. If you are ill or eat incorrectly, hair suffers and grows dull. What elements and substances should be in your diet that hair felt well?
Water
Hair on 1/4 consists of water and it provides flexibility. The organism should receive enough water, thus do not wait, when you will feel thirst. If you strongly wish to drink, it means, that your organism has already lost the most part of necessary moisture. It is necessary to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.
Fibers
Fibers - building elements of hair. They strengthen hair and they are responsible for stability of hair to various damages. You will find fibers contain in fish, meat, milk, cheese and groats.
Minerals
Iron helps to deliver oxygen to hair bulbs. Iron contains in red meat and dark green vegetables.
Zinc is the building mineral, forming albuminous structure of hair, promoting their loss. Most of all zinc contains in meat and seafood.
Copper participates during pigmentation of hair. You can improve natural color due to inclusion of products, rich with copper: a liver, fresh vegetables, seeds, nuts and liver.
Vitamins
Vitamin A provides a healthy skin of hair. We know that there is a lot of vitamin A in carrots and other vegetables.
Vitamins B and C are important for good circulation of nutrients, growth and bright color of hair.
We wish to note, that regular physical activities also bring the mite in formation of healthy hair as provide receipt of blood in capillaries of the skin and transport nutrients to roots of hair.
