3. If additional greasing is required, use only a soluble cream in water or the gel intended for this purpose. Do not use some the greasing made on an oil basis, such, as vaseline, cocoa oil, margarine, cosmetic creams for a body or vegetable oilsб which can break integrity of rubber.
4. Avoid the frequent syringing leading to increase of a degree of risk of inflammatory disease of pelvic bodies which, in turn, is caused by venereal illnesses.
5. Refuse smoking, as nicotine and other substances, containing in tobacco products, render negative influence on immune system.
6. If for last year you had more than one sexual partner and during each sexual relations you did not use a condom, hand over the analysis even in case that the doctor considers it unessential.
7. Do not give in to a panic and do not run into a hysterics in case, if you all the same have found out symptoms of venereal disease. Just go to the doctor and start to be treated. If you are married, inform about the probability of infection at home and convince them to go to the doctor. In many cases it is worth of analyzing, how you could catch the infection, and then try to inform all the partners about the illness.
