Why it is better to give up drinking tea with milk

For a long time it has been known, that tea is useful for the heart and for the preventive maintenance of the cancer. Nevertheless, scientists from Germany have come to the conclusion that all the curative properties of tea will vanish, if you add some milk into it.Â
This happens because milk brings changes into the biological activity of the components of tea, it is rather probable, that it affects an antineoplastic activity of the tea. In this case, it is very important to investigate again the communication between the consumption of tea and its preventive maintenance of a cancer.Â
According to the scientists, natural antioxidants of the tea, named katehins (strong antioxidants), are responsible for its salutary action on heart. Researchers have established that a group of fibers in milk reduces concentration the katehins when there is any interaction with the tea.Â
Besides, scientists have checked up action of black tea, tea with milk and simply hot water on 16 women-volunteers. Regular checks of a humeral artery within two hours after the use of a drink have shown that black tea promoted an expansion of blood vessels that is useful for heart. But they also have found out, that the added milk completely destroys this biological effect. The further tests on rats have shown the similar result. Â
