Important rules of intimate hygiene

Rule â„–1
Don’t use cosmetic soap for intimate hygiene.
What is the acid-base balance of the skin? Of course, it is 5,5 pH. And do you know, that the pH of vaginas much below - of 3,3? The Nature specially “has oxidized” it, that harmful microbes perished, and spermatozoon could easily found a way to ootid.
You should also remember that the gel for intimate hygiene is not intended for treatment of the diseases transferred sexual way. If you feel itch or burning, you should immediately address to the gynecologist.

Rule â„–2
Take an intimate shower at least two times a day. In an ideal it is, certainly, necessary after each visiting of ladies’ room. But if such opportunity is not present, be reserved by the damp napkins with antiseptic lotion. They don’t contain the alcohol, causing irritations of mucous, but many of humidifying vegetable oils, calming extracts of medicinal grasses and restoring acid-base balance of a dairy acid.

Daily linings should be changed each four hours - not less often! In fact everything, that they have absorbed, - is the fine environment for bacteria’s’ duplication. The longer you use lining, the less use it has and the more probability of an inflammation will be.
Be especially attentive to intimate hygiene if you are pregnant. In fact 80 percent of complications are caused by infections of a vagina which arise because of ignorance of elementary hygiene rules.

Use linings for menses in view of “droplets” on packing. Their quantity - 2, 3, 4, 5 - means, how much of moisture they are capable to absorb. And it is not the duration of menses. To your data, one droplet mark thin daily linings is not matched. Six drops or an inscription “night” supply night linings - are made for protecting linen since evening till morning. Gynecologists advise to use linings with four and more drops within the first days of menses. Each lining should be put into individual packing.
