Spring weather is rather unpredictable - it can snow even in May. The thin and defenseless face skin requires some stability. Therefore do not forget about high-grade daily care, use tonic and a day time cream. Try a cream with vitamins C and Е - they well refresh the skin, which has grown dull after winter.
Obligatory spring purchases: a voice-frequency cream or a basis under the make-up with the protective SPF-factor, and a cream for a skin around of eyes (in other case you will start narrow eyes on the appeared sun and you will gain a pair of new mimic wrinkles).
If you have postponed a visit to the cosmetician for a long time - go directly today! Cleaning and a peeling will stimulate regeneration of cells and will give a healthy kind to your skin. And at the same time they will clarify unnecessary pigment spots.
Try to not to use decorative cosmetics for a week. If you are afraid, that friends will cease to learn you, you can use an easy voice-frequency cream and a pencil for eyes. We also advice you do some cosmetic masks.

Vitamins A and B - for updating cells - these vitamins contain in eggs, a liver, a beef, and pomegranates
Vitamin C - kiwi, sweet pepper, citrus - for strengthening your vessels
Try to say goodbye to bad habits. The spring is an excellent time for stopping to smoke and to sit in stuffy premise. Try to spend more time outside. Thus skin cells will be supplied with oxygen, and, it means, that you will be more beautiful.
